Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional license to continue the education. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years and set higher targets each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
